MassDevelopment is exploring the conversion of excess land on Joint Base Cape Cod from military uses to other uses, including housing for the military and civilians. The potential redevelopment will support JBCC's ongoing missions and respect its history; be responsive to local needs and desires for housing, commercial uses, and amenities; and promote environmental sustainability. MassDevelopment, in partnership with JBCC, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and other stakeholders, has engaged Barrett Planning Group, BETA Inc., and Dodson & Flinker to support this initiative.
